NOTICE TO VOTERS:
NEW DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING ABSENTEE BALLOTS
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd
There is a new statewide deadline for requesting absentee ballots:
Anyone who needs to request an absentee ballot for the November 8, 2011 election must do so no later
than Thursday, November 3 by close of business. The Falmouth Town Hall will have extended hours until 7:00 PM on November 3.
Absentee ballots can only be issued after this date due to extenuating circumstances (such as in-patients at a hospital). If you would like to cast your vote by absentee ballot for this election, you must contact the municipal clerk’s office of your town no later than November 3. Ballots can be mailed to you, picked up by an immediate family member or voted in person at your town office.
