The Community Development Committee will take public input on the topic of regulations of buildng on nonconforming lots that may restrict water views of other property owners of from public ways. Please refer to the Zoning and Site Review Ordinance, Section 8.3.e for more information.
The Committee will appreciate all speakers to limit their comments to three minutes. Depending on the number of individuals wishing to speak, they may permit additional time for speakers. Comments may also be submitted to the Planning Office or by email to astearns@town.falmouth.me.us.
