This Committee is overseeing the completion of a Multiple Community Use Needs and Site Location Analysis. The project’s purpose is to develop coordinated short and long range plans for, at a minimum, the following facilities:
- Plummer-Motz and Lunt Elementary schools;
- Falmouth Memorial Library expansion, renovation or relocation;
- Town Hall renovation or relocation;
- Community programs and multigenerational community center; and
- Workforce housing.
