The following links provide property sales data in excel format. These lists can be downloaded for sorting by owner, location, sale price, map & lot #, tax sheet # and property use (land, single family, commercial, condominium, etc).
The information is gathered from the monthly Real Estate Transfer Tax forms (RETTs) sent by the County to the State and then forwarded to the Town. We provide this online service to assist real estate brokers, appraisers, attorneys, potential buyers, etc. However, the data is an exact reflection of the information provided by the Buyers and Sellers on the RETT forms and may contain inaccurate information. If you need a copy of any RETT form, please visit the Assessing Dept on the 2nd floor of Town Hall. There is a charge for copies.
